Keep our farmhouse venues spotless before, during, and after events.
Responsibilities
- Pre-event deep cleaning of all venue spaces
- Restroom maintenance and restocking during events
- Post-event cleanup including trash removal and floor care
- Laundry and linen care for tablecloths and décor items
- Outdoor area tidying — patios, pathways, and parking
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to San Antonio, FL 33576
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus
Assist our events team with setup, guest services, and day-of logistics.
Responsibilities
- Set up tables, chairs, linens, and décor per event layout
- Assist guests with directions, seating, and general questions
- Support catering and bar teams with service tasks
- Monitor venue areas and report any issues to the coordinator
- Break down and store equipment after events
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong people skills
- Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
- Availability on weekends and select weekday evenings
- Team player who takes direction well
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Handle the physical movement of furniture, equipment, and supplies across our property.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload rental equipment and décor deliveries
- Rearrange furniture and fixtures between event configurations
- Transport items between storage areas and venue spaces
- Assist vendors with equipment setup and teardown
- Maintain organized storage areas
What We're Looking For
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Punctual and dependable — events run on tight schedules
- Valid driver's license a plus (for on-property vehicle use)
- Prior moving, labor, or warehouse experience welcome
